A lot of folks know that I'm a "mountains" guy...

I live in the mountains of Colorado, and I love to
get out and play in the mountains. Just a week ago
I went out on a week-long river trip on the
Colorado river.

Step 1. Print out the Gifting Statement and the NS Statement for each beneficiary. Make sure you sign and date the statements.

Step 2. Contact each beneficiary for his/her address. The pledge must be sent out within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and banking holidays), also be sure to include the Gifting Statement and NS Statement. The beneficiary will tell you exactly how he/she would like to receive the pledge (cash, money order, etc). It is up to the BENEFICIARY to decide how they will receive the pledge, just as you will be able to decide how you want to receive your pledges.

Step 3. If using a non-electronic method of pledging, the pledge must be send out for next day delivery using an overnight courier (i.e., Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, USPS Airsure, DHL).

Step 4. If using an overnight courier please take care to include the required documents, wrap the pledge in dark paper, and place it in an envelope. Write the name and address on the envelope and place a stamp on the envelope. This is for your protection, in case of loss or damage. Then place it into the courier's envelope.

Step 5. Contact your inviter and your beneficiary to confirm that the pledge has been sent off. Make sure you give them the tracking number of whatever courier you used.

Step 6. As soon as the beneficiary confirms you, you may access the Members Tools area. Take time to get familiar with the program.
